At Westrow Luxury, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Depending on the reason for the return, a return shipping label may be provided.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Gift Cards
• Final Sale items
• Products returned after the 30-day return period
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain accessories or apparel products may not be eligible for return if they show signs of use.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, as required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging

Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, and other third-party fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from our error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Westrow Luxury is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered during transit.
